  • Are you insured?
    Yes absolutely! I carry insurance thru Pet Care Insurance.
  • How do I get you a key?
    It is best to have a key ready for me at our meet and greet. Clients will receieve one complimentary key pick up or drop off. There will be a $10 fee per subsequent key pick up or drop off. If you would like to keep a key on file it will be tagged and kept safe in a lock box until the next time you need services. Having a key on file is ideal if you will be using services often.
  • What time will you make visits?
    When you book your visits you will be able to choose between several different 2 hour windows. (with the exception of mid day visits which are the busiest time of day) 7am-9am Morning 11am-2pm Mid day 2pm-4pm Afternoon 4pm-6pm Dinner 7pm-9pm Bedtime If any visit is needed between any of these time frames please let me know and we can discuss options.
  • How do I schedule visits?
    Scheduling is easy as can be with the App or thru your online account. Simply log in, select your dates and visits requested and submit! Once I have approved your request you will get a confirmation email and can sit back and relax. If you need any help I will be more than happy to walk you thru the process.
  • What is your weather policy?
    Your pets' well being is my priority and I take into consideration each individual pets health and needs. During heavy rains, lightning, hot weather, and extreme cold walks may be limited. Your pets will receive a potty break and still have lots of fun with indoor games and activities.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Regular (non vacation) visits may be cancelled and rescheduled as long as I am not on my way. Once I am enroute you will be charged for the full visit amount. Vacation visits may be cancelled 48 hours or more before services are set to be rendered without penalty. (with the exception of holiday services) Any pet sitting cancelled within 48 hours may be charged 50% package rate. Any visit (regular or vacation) that falls on a holiday may be cancelled 5 days before services are set to be rendered without penalty. Any cancellation within 5 days of the beginning date of service may be charged 50% package rate.
  • How do I pay for visits?
    Paying for services should be a pain-free experience. Clients can make easy online payments via the App or thru your online account. I also accept cash and check.
